Tully FitzMaurice, Attorney

Born and raised in Grangeville, Idaho, Tully’s small town upbringing instilled in him the importance of keeping one’s word and maintaining a strong work ethic. As the son of a rural attorney, he learned firsthand the vital role an attorney plays in guiding clients through both their most difficult and joyful moments.

As a trial attorney, he has extensive experience in criminal law, insurance defense, and complex civil litigation. Known for practical advocacy, careful case preparation, and clear client communication, Tully has represented individuals, businesses, and public entities in state and federal courts across Idaho and Washington.

In his early years out of law school, he was quickly thrown into trial work as a prosecutor at Ada County in Boise where he successfully developed valuable experience in jury trials and victim advocacy.

Prior to forming FitzMaurice Law in Moscow, Tully practiced with Clements, Brown & McNichols, P.A. in Lewiston, where he handled a broad docket of matters including premises and automobile liability, constitutional and public entity defense, and employment law. His background sharpened his skill in developing defense strategies tailored to each client’s business and risk profile.

In his personal life, he enjoys elk and bird hunting, spending time with his wife, Kelsey, their two young children and German Shorthaired Pointers, and maintaining an extensive firewood supply.

His commitment to advocacy and serving others motivates his decision to practice law in his home community of Moscow. He takes particular satisfaction in helping clients assert and defend their rights when legal assistance is needed.
